Consultation

At this stage, we meet to discuss your needs and expectations for the photo session. We talk about the type of session, location, photography style, and any other relevant details. Once we’ve agreed on all the details, we move to the next step.

Signing Contract

After our initial consultation, I’ll send you a contract outlining the terms and conditions of our agreement, including the agreed-upon fee and any other relevant information such as copyright and image usage rights. Once you’ve reviewed and signed the contract, an initial payment is required to secure the date and time of the session.

Date Confirmation

Once you’ve signed the contract and made the initial payment, we confirm the date and time of the session. On the agreed-upon date, we’ll meet at the designated location for the photo session. During the session, I’ll capture your special moments according to the details and expectations agreed upon in our initial consultation.

Proof Gallery

After the session, within a maximum of 3-5 days, I’ll send you a proof gallery in low resolution with watermarks. There, you’ll choose the number of photos included in the contracted package. Then, I’ll dedicate time to process and edit the photographs to ensure they’re of the highest quality. This process includes color adjustments, contrast enhancement, cropping, and any other necessary retouching to highlight the beauty of the images.

Final Ones

Once the photographs are ready, I’ll send you the selection of the best images in a convenient format through an online gallery. I’ll be available for any additional requests or questions you may have about the delivered images.

What Should I Do To Book With You?

In order to reserve a date for your photo session, I need a signed contract and a non-refundable date hold fee. 

Why Is The Deposit Non-Refundable?

The fact that for a reason a client changes his mind does not take away the time invested in carrying out the contracted session. Also, as a photographer I have lost the opportunity to book another session on the date and time that I promised for you. When a session is booked, I block that date and time. This means that a cancellation results in a significant loss of income.

If you need to postpone or reschedule your session, please let me know as soon as possible and we will arrange alternate plans.

If your session is affected by weather conditions, or force majeure, and we need to postpone it, we will coordinate a new date at no extra cost to you.

How Can I Submit Payment?

After signing your contract online, you will be able to make your payment electronically through any of the following applications: Venmo, Zelle or Cash App, you can also make your payments by personal and/or business check.

Are You A 'Natural Light' Photographer?

I really like natural light because it shows us beauty at its best, but if necessary, I use studio lights and create my own light using color gels to make the environment as warm or cold as necessary to bring out the best. of you.

Do You Charge Travel Fees?

We take into account the distance in miles from where we are based, REVERE, MA. For longer trips, expect an hourly rate of travel.
